Teaching

Interested in learning the guitar?
Whether you have never touched a guitar but are interested in learning, to being a proficient player who wants to learn lead improvisation, or someone who wants to gain academic qualifications, I can help. I teach different styles, mainly rock lead and rhythm guitar, but I also teach folk/acoustic guitar, bass guitar, jazz guitar and classical guitar.

If you are interested in taking qualifications I can offer up to grade 8 for electric guitar, up to grade 8 for bass guitar, and up to grade 6 for classical guitar. If you are thinking of going to university, grades 6 to 8 for all of these instruments earn UCAS points, which can be put towards your university entrance points. Click here to go to the Registry of Guitar Tutor's UCAS calculator.

Interested? Live near Rochford in the Essex Area, England? Please email me.

Please note that for the moment my private student slots are full, and so currently I'm unable to take new students privately. Sorry!

However, I also work at the Southend Music School on Saturday mornings. You could try for lessons there on saturdaymusicschool@hotmail.com
